About The Gazette
An independent trade newspaper for the American cannabis industry.
The THC Gazette reports on the American cannabis industry as a regulated business: the rules that create each state market, the factories that turn agricultural inputs into finished goods, the stores where products meet customers, and the people making operating decisions inside the system. Its five desks—Regulation, Manufacturing, Retail, Voices and Data—are designed to separate distinct questions while keeping the full supply chain in view.
This publication treats sourcing as part of the article, not as background work hidden from the reader. Every factual claim is tied to a named regulator, public record, standards body, research institution or published source. Every article carries a sources block with the pages used in its reporting. Direct quotations appear only when the original, on-the-record words are available at a link readers can inspect. When the public record cannot support a claim, the claim stays out.
Coverage is independent of the companies and agencies it examines. Articles are written in the third person, dates are displayed on every story, and analysis is identified by the evidence it uses. The Gazette does not provide medical advice, make product-effect claims or substitute promotional language for reporting. Data stories publish the source behind each chart and leave out figures that cannot be reconciled with a public record.
The Gazette accepts advertising enquiries from organisations seeking to reach licensed operators, manufacturers, retailers, service providers and industry professionals. Launch advertising is represented by house advertisements in standard IAB placements. Advertising does not alter editorial sourcing, language or conclusions, and no third-party ad network or tracking script is used at launch.
